Breathwork

Conscious breathing is a magical and powerful tool for transformation and healing. It allows us to access internal blockages, negative thoughts, emotions, and patterns that are not easily reached through traditional therapy. At the same time, it opens us to a deep connection with our higher self. This can lead to the release of emotional burdens and trigger changes in old patterns, resulting in much-needed transformation.

Each conscious breathing journey is unique and teaches us how we benefit from breathing fully and mindfully, while bringing positive changes to our lives. Conscious breathing can help reduce symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), ADHD (attention deficit disorder), and insomnia. It can also heal traumas and help us make peace with the past, while connecting us with our inner guidance and its wonderful wisdom.

Hello, I am Maria Coscarelli, a holistic therapist and guide in soul healing processes. My journey has been woven through tools that honour the wisdom of the body, emotions, and the invisible bonds that connect us to our family system and to Life.

My main focus is Family Constellations, a therapeutic and spiritual practice that reveals hidden dynamics that often condition, limit, or cause suffering. Through this systemic perspective, I support individuals in recognising their place within the family network, releasing unconscious loyalties, and opening to healing love.

I have also trained in other therapies such as:

• Assisted Learning with Horses: a profound and transformative experience where the horse, as a sensitive and present being, acts as a mirror and guide in awakening the authentic self.

• Bach Flower Therapy: natural essences that harmonise emotional states, facilitating internal balance and connection with one’s own essence.

My name is Aroa Santisteban, and I have been teaching and practising astrology in private consultations for over 10 years.

My work is based on providing guidance and awareness through the language of the heavens and life cycles. From an empathetic and transpersonal perspective, I accompany people to develop a higher and more coherent understanding of their present moment.

Throughout my training, I have specialised in Evolutionary Psychological Astrology (Natal Chart, Solar Return), Electional Astrology (technique for choosing the best time to carry out a task), Horary Astrology at the STA (a traditional astrology technique to provide precise and detailed answers to questions), Synastry (energetic compatibility chart between two people), and Astromapping (technique to understand how your energy unfolds in different geographical locations around the planet).

Jeremie Quidú

In Memory of Jeremie Quidú 1971-2025

Master of Sound Healing, Master of Crystal Healing and Sound Bath with Crystal Therapy.

In my collaborators’ section, I could not fail to mention Jeremie, who left this plane very recently this year and was a great loss to all.

For me, especially, it was a great loss—a soul brother with whom I have walked and helped across many lives. In this life, we did great work together, both for each other and joint work for groups, putting much energy and effort into healing Mother Earth, Gaia. We worked extensively with dragon energy, a challenging task that infused us with great wisdom, helping us overcome a powerful dark master. From there, we made a significant step and evolution in our life purposes.

He was the one who encouraged me to create this website, so I dedicate it with all my soul, knowing the effort and work it took us to get here. Thank you for all that was shared and for all that was learned. You leave much love here on Earth. Thank you for the lessons and the wisdom.

In some way, he continues working on Gaia from the higher spheres of consciousness. His work is not finished and will never end—we are eternal beings.

Fly high, great soul of light. We will see each other soon on the next level, a great brother and soul who continues to accompany me here on Earth on the path of my purpose.
